Ken-Co Homes of Lake City was awesome! Ross Baker was so nice and accommodating to us. We had to go to Building and Zoning in Georgetown to change our zone and Ross even showed up to the first meeting to help us after hours. He has always answered our calls and questions and was very patient with us. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a mobile home, make sure to ask for Ross, he is the BEST!

I highly recommend Kenco homes. During my buying process we had a minor issue, but they handled it fair and professional. The only thing I would suggest, explaining the mobile home process for setting up a mobile home. I am not from the south, so I didn't know the process. I thought everything got setup in one day. Thank you Kenco for helping me make my dreams come true.
